Man charged with trespassing
WELLSBORO – William E. Ens, II, 27, of 43 East Avenue, was charged by borough police with defiant trespass, loitering and prowling at night, and disorderly conduct, after police were dispatched for a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Oct. 6.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard’s office, Ens was found refusing to leave the residence he shared with his girlfriend, Ashley Johnson, and yelling at her.
He allegedly made threatening moves toward police when they arrived.
He was released on $2,000 bail and his preliminary hearing set for Tuesday.
