Ralston postal worker pleads guilty in theft case
A former postmaster pleaded guilty this week in federal court for taking more than $5,000 from postal funds while employed at the Ralston Post Office.
Marcia Wilson confessed to converting money meant for postal purposes to her own use between October 2010 and November 2012.
Wilson was arraigned Tuesday before U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann and entered a guilty plea to a charge of misappropriation of postal funds.
Sentencing is set for another time. Court records indicate she could receive a maximum sentence of 10 years and a fine of $250,000.
