Argument allegedly ends in gunfire

It’s “locked and loaded,” Susan E. Day said as she allegedly held a handgun up to her sister’s head during an argument on Jan. 1, according to state police.

As tensions diffused, Day, 56, of 1250 Tinsman Avenue in Loyalsock Township, laid the gun on a coffee table resulting in a round going off. The bullet passed directly behind the chair in which her sister was sitting, police said.

Day recently was sent a summons to appear before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman to face charges of disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person.
