Traffic stop leads to charges
Bradley Owen Pepperman, 23, of 187 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, has been charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Dec. 7.
In an affadavit, it was alleged that Pepperman was seen swerving while driving by Pennsylvania state trooper Ryan Golla, who pulled the vehicle over on Route 220 near the Fourth Street exit.
Pepperman’s blood alcohol content came back at .14, according to the affadavit. He waived his preliminary hearing before Judge Jerry C. Lepley on Feb. 19 and will be arraigned at the Lycoming County courthouse on March 10.
Marijuana use alleged
Joshua James Hinston, 24, of 2148 Mosser St., has been charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Tiadaghton Valley Regional police officer Shawn Hummer pulled over Hinston after observing that the vehicle’s registration was expired and noticed that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.
Hinston admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day, according to an affadavit.
Hinston waived his preliminary hearing before Judge Jerry C. Lepley on Feb. 19 on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and expired registration. He will be arraigned at the Lycoming County courthouse on March 10.
