Colorado man charged in cross-country drug ring

Another alleged drug dealer involved in the elaborate scheme of selling on the streets more than 1,000 pounds of marijuana that was mailed here from the West Coast was brought back here last week and jailed at the Lycoming County Prison.

Todd C. Casey, 29, of Lakewood, Colo. was arraigned before District Judge Allen P. Page III on charges of corrupt organization, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and conspiracy. He was jailed in lieu of $350,000 bail.

State police allege Casey, formerly of Annville, was involved in the extensive drug operation from January to October 2012.
