Harassment alleged of area woman

TROUT RUN – A woman faces charges for allegedly pushing her two children and threatening to stab her husband on March 8 in Cogan House Township, state police said.

Celenia A. Fernandez-Tucker, 32, of 5329 Cogan House Road, refused to get out of the car after her husband drove her home from a party at which she allegedly had been drinking and getting aggressive. When Tucker’s two children tried to get her out of the car, she allegedly pushed them, and punched, bit and scratched her husband, an affidavit said.

When Tucker’s husband finally got her into the residence, she allegedly told him she was going to stab him and kill him. She “was hiding her hands as she was coming toward” her husband, an affidavit said.

Tucker’s husband took her to the ground and held her there as the children called 911, police said.

Tucker was arraigned before District Judge James H. Sortman on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly contact. She was committed to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
