Man accused of selling pot
WELLSBORO – Brandon C. Dooley, 21, of Northampton, was charged by borough police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after he allegedly sold marijuana to a police confidential informant.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard’s office, Dooley sold 5.2 grams of marijuana to the informant for $60 in the Tops Market parking lot.
Dooley waived his March 7 preliminary hearing and was released on $5,000 bail. His county court arraignment was set for March 31.
