Teen accused of vandalizing vehicles

An 18-year-old is accused of spray painting and scratching someone else’s vehicles with wire cutters because he “didn’t like the victim” on Feb. 15, according to Old Lycoming Township police.

Killian J. Frey, of 93 Brague Road, Grover, faces charges for allegedly spray painting a blue Chevrolet Aveo that did not belong to him.

He allegedly used red spray paint and was assisted by two others, police said.

Frey allegedly used wire cutters to scratch a Chevrolet Silverado truck that belonged to the same person, causing $4,524 worth of damages.

The vehicles were on a property at 2950 W. Route 973 in Lycoming Township.

Frey was sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman for an April 23 preliminary hearing to face criminal mischief charges related to property damage and trespassing.
