9 people sentenced in Tioga County
WELLSBORO – Nine people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Monday.
According to court documents, sentenced to county prison time were:
Jennifer A. Fry, 27, of the borough, 1 to six months in jail for access device fraud, credit for 75 days time served, probation, $5,479 restitution.
Robert M. Hallick, 21, of Sunbury, 1 to 6 months in jail for possession of a controlled substance, probation, $500 fine.
Eric M. Grimes, 46, of Trout Run, 1 to 90 days in jail for driving under the influence of intoxicants, credit for seven days time served, probation, $1,000 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Christopher R. Tomb, 26, of Westfield, 1 to 90 days in jail for DUI, last 30 on electronic monitoring, probation, $1,500 fine and 18 months driver’s license suspension.
Christopher M. McCall Jr., 19, of Tioga, 48 hours in jail for DUI, probation, $500 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Joshua D. Stevens, 30, of Sayre, 1 to 3 months in jail for recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, last 30 days on electronic monitoring, $165 restitution, 12 months probation for disorderly conduct, concurrent.
Sentenced to probation was:
Cody M. Dibble, 21, of the borough, 12 months for criminal mischief, $1,399 restitution.
Dylan M. Hairston, 19, of Sugar Run, 90 days for disorderly conduct, no contact with the victim.
Sentenced to Accelerative Rehabilitative Disposition was:
Destiny R. Butler, 29, of Tioga, ARD extended three months in lieu of revocation for use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Original ARD was for underage drinking.
