Inmate accused of throwing cup of feces in cell
A Lycoming County Prison inmate has been charged with aggravated harassment by a prisoner for allegedly throwing a cup of his own feces into the cell of two other inmates, according to a Lycoming County detective.
Joshua Craver, 26, who was incarcerated on a parole violation at the time, allegedly threw the feces in another cell on the morning of Feb. 15, court records state.
Craver, arrested in August after he was caught allegedly stealing scrap wire from Shirn’s Auto Mart on Green Avenue in Old Lycoming Township, was recently arraigned before District Judge Allen P. Page III and recommitted in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Craver, of 241 Back St., Upper Fairfield Township, was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing today on the most recent charge.
