Police: Man steals, sells video games

A city man is accused of breaking into a residence and stealing a video game console and related items, then selling the items to a local retailer, according to state police.

Leslie A. Price, 26, of 1323 E. Third St., allegedly broke into a second-floor apartment at 1719 E. Third St. in Loyalsock Township, on Oct. 6, 2013, and stole a PlayStation 3, accessories and two games, totaling $1,110. Price allegedly then traded in most of the items to Elite Games, 1875 E. Third St., for money, according to an affidavit.

Price recently was arraigned before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman on charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. He was released on $40,000 bail.
