5 people sentenced in county court
Five individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.
Sentenced to county prison was:
Thomas McNamee, 50, of 7128 Route 87, 10 days, six months probation, 50 hours community service, $600 fine for DUI and public drunkenness.
Three people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
Randy L. Brown, 51, of 1815 Frey Ave., 120 days to 60 months, 50 hours community service, $1,500 fine for DUI.
Charles E. McGinn Jr., 26, of Philadelphia, 72 hours to 13 months, 75 hours community service, $1,000 fine for DUI.
Colin D. Bell, 22, of 414 1/2 Anthony St., 48 hours to six months, 50 hours community service, $500 fine for DUI.
Sentenced to probation was:
Earnest L. Sharr Jr., 35, of Turbotville, 24 months for possession of drug paraphernalia; heroin related.
