Man accused of making threats

Steven L. Harman, 37, of 412 High St., has been charged by Montoursville police with terroristic threats and harassment for allegedly telling Doria Fox over the telephone that he was allegedly “going to kill” her on Feb. 20, according to an affidavit.

Harman, a former boyfriend and the father of the couple’s child, placed the call to Fox’s home at 210 Broad St., police said.

The call so upset Fox that paramedics were called to her home after she suffered an anxiety attack and had difficulty breathing, police said.

Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Harman, who waived his preliminary hearing, was released on $2,500 bail.’
