New York state man charged with smoking pot at Tops
WELLSBORO – Jordan E. Gibson, 22, of Manlius, N.Y., was charged by borough police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police allegedly found him smoking marijuana in a parked car at the Tops Market here.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard’s office, on April 24, police were alerted by a passerby that three males in the parking lot were smoking marijuana.
Police said GIbson had 1.2 grams of marijuana and a pot pipe containing a small amount of residue.
Gibson was issued a summons for a May 20 preliminary hearing.
