Wellsboro teen charged with trespassing

WELLSBORO – Natasha A. Rymarczuk, 18, of 39 East Ave., Apt. A, was charged by state police with criminal trespass, overnight stay without permission, loitering and prowling at night after a neighbor called police when she saw someone inside an empty house.

According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard’s office, Rymarczuk and Christopher E. Deming, of Elmira, N.Y., were inside a residence identified as that of Robbie Bellinger, 2841 Hills Creek Road, Middlebury Township, on April 24.

The neighbor called police to report a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the residence and a light moving around inside the house.

Police said they located Deming and Rymarczuk in the building.

Bellinger was contacted by phone and said no one had permission to be in the residence.

Rymarczuk waived her preliminary hearing slated for April 29 and was released on $5,000 bail. Her county arraignment was set for May 19.

No details were provided for Deming.
