Man accused of assaulting girlfriend
A couple’s “one-year anniversary” at the Budget Inn on Lycoming Creek Road turned violent, resulting in the man getting arrested and charged for allegedly punching his girlfriend twice in the mouth, township police said.
Ezekiel Seth Walker, 25, of 1672 Memorial Ave., has been charged with simple assault and harassment for punching Kasandra Lucas about 10:10 p.m. May 27, police alleged.
The assault followed an argument “over jealousy issues,” police said. Walker had a bag of marijuana, police said.
Following his arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Walker was committed to the Lycoming County Prison, but has since been released on $5,000 bail.
