Man accused of disorderly conduct
MANSFIELD – Customers at the Kwik Fill on Bloss Mountain Road noticed Darren J Hudick, 69, of 181 Mount Pleasant Road, Morris, was bleeding, said police, and an employee called 911 because Hudick allegedly began yelling and waving his bloodied hand.
When police arrived, Hudick allegedly resisted arrest and was able to be cuffed by an officer only after being shot with a stun gun twice and held down with the help of three other people, said police.
Hudick was arraigned before District Judge James E. Carlson and committed to the Tioga County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for a later date.
