14 people sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Fourteen individuals recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court, according to court documents.

Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:

Jamel Boyer, 30, Philadelphia, nine to 25 months with credit for time served for possession with the intent to deliver heroin.

Cody J. Jean, 24, Graterford State Prison, 36 to 72 months with credit for time served for contraband and possession of a controlled substance.

Five were sentenced to county prison. They are:

Dennis G. Laird, 49, 968 Old Fort Road, Jersey Shore, 72 hours to six months, $50 fine and 75 hours of community service for DUI, not driving on the roadway and a restriction of alcoholic beverages.

Kyle J. Jacopetti, 24, 156 Woodward St., 72 hours to six months with credit for time served, $1,000 fine and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

Anthony D. Henderson, 26, Carlisle, 43 to 93 days with credit for time served, 68 months probation, $1,500 fine and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and DUI.

Jamarr N. Ritter, 24, 1184 Park Ave., six to 24 months less a day with credit for time served, 36 months probation and 50 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of children.

Nicholas Aloisio, 23, 27 Casale Road, Cogan Station, six to 24 months less a day and 50 hours of community service for recklessly endangering another person and driving under suspension.

One was sentenced to intermediate punishment. She is:

Stephanie J. Traxler, 40, Lycoming County Prison, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Four were sentenced to probation. They are:

Kristopher M. Fike, 27, 1408 Elmira St., 12 months and 50 hours of community service for inhaling solvents.

Larry R. Romig, 49, Middleburg, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Boatman, 24, Broad St. Apt. 6, Montoursville, two years and sex offender classification for indecent assault.

Ashley M. Calhoun, 28, 1210 Baldwin St., 12 months, six months intermediate punishment and $1,000 fine for prostitution and DUI with heroin.

One was sentenced with a restitution. She is:

Lacynda L. Perez, 51, 220 Sawmill Road, Lot 2, Cogan Station, $3.09 restitution for retail theft.

One was sentenced with no further punishment. He is:

Tyler J. Swain, 23, Blossburg, guilty without further punishment for theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.
