14 people sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Fourteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Seven were sentenced to state prison. They are:

Keith A. Reibsome, 51, 388 Buchs Hollow Road, Sunbury, one to three months, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Mikail T. Hand, 41, county prison, six to 24 months for possession of a controlled substance.

Nykia P. Coleman, 36, county prison, 14 months to four years in state prison for criminal solicitation perjury.

Edward M. Richard Jr., 27, 2173 Gap Road, Allenwood, two to 24 months and $1,500 fine for DUI and tampering with evidence.

Jonathan M. Proctor, 28, Galeton, 12 to 24 months for possession with intent to deliver heroin.

Brooks R. Hibbler, 35, state prison, 10 to 24 months less a day with credit for theft by unlawful taking and operating a vehicle without interlock.

George W. Reeder Jr., 39, 936 W. Fourth St., 36 to 120 months with credit for failure to register.

Two were sentenced to county prison. They are:

Derek J. Thomas, 22, 455 Grant St., 72 hours to six months, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Tyler J. Girio, 25, 2620 Heshbon Road, three to 12 months with credit, 12 months probation and 75 hours community service for criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.

One was sentenced to intermediate punishment. He is:

Joshua J. Laubscher, 33, 212 N. Lincoln Ave., Jersey Shore, 60 months with credit, $3,000 fine and 100 hours community service for DUI.

Four were sentenced to probation. They are:

David L. Bierly, 19, Centre Hall, 24 months, $1,000 restitution and 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.

Dennis N. Aunkst, 57, 28 W. Water St., Apartment 28, Muncy, 12 months, $500 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI, driving under suspension and attempted theft by unlawful taking.

Tyhir K. Waters, 20, 410 High St., 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Garrett M. Demaree, 18, Milroy, 12 months and 35 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia marijuana.
