4 charged with variety of crimes

Four people have been charged with various offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

Jon T. Roles II, 24, of 138 Slacks Run Road, Trout Run; Old Lycoming Township police; theft for allegedly stealing $2.61 worth of gasoline from Sunoco, 1601 Dewey Ave., on April 16; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Justin Allen Bubb, 21, of 384 Turkey Path Road, Linden; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; fleeing police and several summary violations including reckless and careless driving following a vehicle pursuit that began near Route 220 and Wagner Road in Piatt Township and ended when he crash on Daughertys Run Road in Woodward Township on April 10; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Tramane Wali Moore, 26, of 1001 Cherry St.; Muncy Township police; theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing employee Tyler Kibby’s cellphone at the Gap, Lycoming Mall, on Feb. 20; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Sue Heath Crossley, 32, of 1464 Scott St.; city police; misdemeanor tampering with records for allegedly “falsifying company records with the intent to deceive and conceal misappropriations, causing the company to (sustain) an undetermined amount of loss revenue;” the victim was David Fagerstrom; police did not identify the company, but reported the crimes occurred between mid-February 2014 and late May of last year at 320 Elmira St. and 641 Walnut St., which is the former and current locations of the Williamsport YMCA; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
