6 hit with drug-related offenses
Six people have been charged with various drug-related offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Robert Oeler, of 1701 Richard Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of River Ave., Loyalsock Township, Dec. 21, 2015; released on $2,500 bail.
Richard Snyder, 25, of Shamokin; state police; alleged possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia in the 1800 block of East Third Street around 4:50 p.m. March 23; released on $2,500 bail.
Evan Samuel Christensen, 20, of Baltimore, Maryland; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Dominque Adams-Coffey, 25, of 625 Grace St.; Lycoming County District Attorney; delivery of controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of communications facility, possession of paraphernalia for allegedly selling heroin to a confidential informant March 18; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
John Benjamin Baglivo, 41; state police; possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Tramane Wali Moore, 26, of 1001 Cherry St.; Lycoming County narcotics enforcement unit; possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia for allegedly selling drugs to a confidential informant at the 400 block of Louisa Street March 22; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.
