9 face charges in Lycoming County for drug-related offenses

Nine people have been charged with various drug offenses. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

Kyle Emery Spotts, 26, of 345 First St., Linden; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 8200 block of Route 220 on April 18; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Jesse Dale Stamm Jr., 21, of Milton; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Susquehanna Street on March 22.

Samanthajo Lynne Shaffer, 27, of New Columbia; city police; possession with intent to deliver 70 bags of heroin and related offenses in the 600 block of Third Avenue on April 18; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Shawn Dominic Connelly, 30, of 839 High St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of heroin at his city home on March 24; released on $2,500 bail.

Ellen Louise Williams, 37, of 1833 Merrill Ave.; state police; possession with intent to deliver oxycodone hydrochloride and related offenses in the 2300 block of West Fourth Street on March 14; released on $50,000 bail.

Tirzah Noelle Turnbaugh, 35, of N. Washington St., Montoursville; state police; possession of six bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia at Washington Boulevard and Almond Street on March 9; released on $2,500 bail.

Charles Lee Hill, 39, of 437 S. Broad St., Jersey Shore; state police; possession of oxycodone hydrochloride without a prescription at High and Campbell streets in the city on March 2; released on $2,500 bail.

Roy August Kunst, 51, of 425 Tiebohl Road, Montgomery; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his Washington Township home on Feb. 29; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Roger W. Alter, 54, of 923 Ellinger St.; the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Department; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his city home on Feb. 23; released on $2,500 bail.
