5 sentenced in Tioga County

Five people recently were sentenced in Tioga County Court.

Sentenced to the county prison were:

Tasha Cole, 21 days to six months for driver’s license suspension.

Martin Howell, five days to 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyrell Schmidt, 12 months for theft.

James Zuke, 15 days to 11 1/2 months for criminal trespass.

Sentenced to probation was:

Ruth Vial, 12 months, unspecified.

22 charged in Tioga County

Twenty-two individuals face various criminal charges in county courts in Tioga County.

Either they will appear or already have appeared before Judge Robert Repard in Wellsboro or James Carlson in Mansfield.

Kathleen M. Stirnaman, 24, of Wellsboro; Wellsboro police on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Stirnaman, while an employee of The Frog Hut, 132 Tioga St., allegedly took $260 to “pay bills,” according to police.

Peter M. Rymarczuk, 37, of Wellsboro; Wellsboro police on charges of theft of a vehicle May 6.

Donald E. Parker, 56, of Wellsboro; state police at Mansfield on charges of simple assault, defiant trespass and harassment. Parker allegedly verbally threatened John Andregg Jr. at a residence in Charleston Township on April 28, police said.

Gayle D. Leonard, 62, of Lawrenceville; Wellsboro police on charges of forgery, theft and receiving stolen property. Leonard allegedly forged a check in the amount of $110 used at First Citizens Bank on April 19.

Fonda L. Semonis, 48, of Wellsboro; Wellsboro police on charges of driving under the influence April 11 on East Avenue. Semonis’ blood tests showed controlled substances in her body, police said.

Shawn E. Meyer, 18, of Middlebury Center; state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Forestry on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana at Big Falls on Stony Fork Road near Morris on April 20.

Elijah J. Aldinger, 19, of Morris, state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Forestry on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana at Big Falls on Stony Fork Road near Morris April 20.

Donald C. Richardson, 61, state police at Mansfield on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving on Route 6 in Shippen Township on Jan. 30.

Jason J. Blackwell, 38, state police at Mansfield on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and use and possession of drug paraphernalia on Hills Creek Lake Road in Charleston Township at 2 p.m. April 26.

Michael J. Reynolds, 55, state police at Mansfield on charges of driving under the influence on Charleston Road in Charleston Township on Feb. 7.

Anthony R. Gerow, 39, of Mansfield; Mansfield police on charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct May 4 at Mansfield Village. Gerow allegedly threatened to kill Toni Gerow with a knife and when arrested was combative with police. Gerow was committed to Tioga County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Alexis J. Bingaman, 21, of Selinsgrove; Mansfield police on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia May 4 outside a Sheetz at 85 Wellsboro St. Bingaman allegedly was in possession of a hypodermic needle and allegedly took a wallet belonging to Brooke M. Arnold, police said. Bingaman was committed to the Tioga County Prison in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Richard Robinson, 23, of Mansfield; Mansfield police on charges of terroristic threats, aggravated and simple assault and disorderly conduct at 3 a.m. April 16 at 65 Sherwood St. Robinson allegedly struck Hobie Milliron repeated in the face and choked Milliron, causing him to suffer a concussion, fractures and bleeding, police said. Bail was set at $25,000.

Beverly Frost, 51, of Tioga; Mansfield police on charges of theft and retail theft at Dollar General on March 31.

Amber M. Gerow, 32, of Tioga; state police at Mansfield on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and forgery. Police allege Gerow stole $6,703 from James M. Starks.

Charles D. Wildonger, 22, of Green Lane; Mansfield University Police Department on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana March 11 at the university.

Christopher Jamar Dantzler, 19, of Philadelphia; Mansfield University Police Department on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct Oct. 7, 2015.

Samantha Mary Heck, 25, of Tioga; state police at Mansfield on charges of theft. Heck allegedly returned items she took from the shelves at Wal-Mart in Richmond Township to the customer service desk. The items had a value of $406, police said.

Jacob A. Rubin, 21, of Pennsbury; Mansfield University Police Department on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia used to manufacture marijuana March 6 at the university. Rubin allegedly was in possession of “shatter,” a butane product used in the manufacture of marijuana, police said.

Michelle M. Wasson, 40, of Blossburg; Blossburg police on charges of driving under the influence April 1 in the 100 block of Davis Street in Blossburg.

Christopher V. Deboy, 39, of Tioga; state police on charges of theft by deception regarding Walmart merchandise valued at $58 on April 7.

Daniel Clark Morin, 21, of Ithaca, New York; state police on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia March 25 on Route 15 in Richmond Township.
