23 people are charged with drug offenses

Twenty-three people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records.

Those charged and the police departments involved are:

Breilun Travonte-McCloe, 23, of 628 Fifth Ave.; city police; possession with intent to deliver 11 grams of cocaine at Fourth and Memorial avenues on Sept. 4; jailed in lieu of $200,000 bail; also charged with carrying a firearm without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Zyhiir Shabazz Dorsey, 20, 911 High St.; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession of marijuana and dug paraphernalia in the 200 block of College Avenue on Aug. 17; jailed in lieu of $3,500 bail.

Shyheem Davon Gadson, 21, of 1030 Park Ave.; state police; possession with intent to deliver 46 bags of heroin and related offenses in the 1700 block of East Third Street on Aug. 13; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

David Wayne Copen, 49, of 156 Harvest Moon Park, Linden; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of three bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia at his home on Aug. 1; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Bruce Akeem White, 25, of 2833 W. Fourth St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver “two bundles of heroin” and possession of three bags of marijuana in the 600 block of Campbell Street on July 21; jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail.

James A. Drummond Jr., 29, of 405 Trinity Place; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana in the 1700 block of Shumbat Lane on July 18; released on $1,500 bail.

Bryan Thomas Poust, 29, of 1009 Meade St.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at River Avenue and Washington Boulevard on July 18; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Hanif West, 31, of 1724 Four Mile Drive; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substances and related offenses for allegedly possessing anywhere from 22 to 50 bags of heroin on four occasions between April 18 and July 8 at various locations in Loyalsock Township; jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Jessica M. Farnsworth, 38, of 2125 Eckard Road, Cogan Station; city police; possesion of a controlled substance (suboxone) without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Park Avenue on July 8; released on $2,500 bail?

Craig Lynn Dean, 24, of Knoxville; state police; possession of 16 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia on Route 15 in Lewis Township on July 7; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Wayne Tyrece Henderson, 24, of 715 Park Ave.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Hepburn Street on July 5; bench warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing.

Jasda Lynn Jeffers, 22, of Bellefonte; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver two bags of heroin and related offenses on Market Street in the city on July 1; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.

Dillon Davidson Smith, 23, of’ 57 Harvest Moon Park, Linden; state police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at his home on June 21; sent summons to appear before a district judge.

Casey James Sutton, 27, of 280 Edgewood Ave., DuBoistown; city police; possession of two Oxycodone pills without a prescription, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1500 block of West Fourth Street on June 17; released on $2,500 bail.

Quentin A. Young, 28, of 635 Fourth Ave.; city police; possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Park Avenue on June 14; released on $3,500 bail.

Robert Holden Asplund, 19, of 170 Pine Crest Drive, along with twin 20-year-old brothers Garrett Abraham Fegley and Austin Ray Fegley, both of 493 Hidden Hollow Road, Trout Run; state Fish and Boat Commission; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, conspiracy and underage drinking on Antlers Lane in Woodward Township on June 10; each sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

David Smith, 53, of 10 Catherine Drive; city police; possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia at Campbell Street and Park Avenue on June 3; a bench warrant was expected to be issued since he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing.

Sherry Yvonne Aunkst, 49, and Larry Dane Aunkst, 52, both of 28 W. Water St., Muncy; state police; attempted possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly attempting to purchase two bags of heroin from an undercover state trooper on Lycoming Mall Road in Muncy Township on May 19; both sent summonses to appear before a district judge.

Khalif D. Akins, 35, of 1181 Aubrey Place; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his city home on May 26; bench warrant issued for his arrest after he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing.

Brent Logan Page-Munro, 22, of Moshannon; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of five bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia on Route 220 in Piatt Township on May 16; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
