13 people are sentenced in Tioga County Court

WELLSBORO — Thirteen people were sentenced in Tioga County Court recently.

According to court documents, sentenced to jail time were:

• Jarrod B. Cowan, 33, of Williamsport, 150 days to 23 months in jail for simple assault, credit for 160 days time served, 12 months probation for theft, concurrent, $83 restitution to Wal-Mart.

• Matthew M. Campbell, 30, of Wellsboro, 22 days to 23 months with credit for 22 days time served for indecent exposure; $25 fine; for possession of a controlled substance, $100 fine, community service for fines and court costs.

• Douglas K. Robbins, 45, of Knoxville, 30 days to six months, electronic monitoring days six through 30 for driving under the influence of intoxicants; $300 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension.

Sentenced to probation were:

• Michael S. Royer, 34, of Milton, 24 months for access device fraud, $3,446 restitution.

• Heather A. Allen, 23, of Mansfield, 24 months for theft, $2,654 restitution.

• Justin M. Schaar, 29, of Sabinsville, 24 months for theft.

• Marlene R. Carr, 52, of Troy, nine months for conspiracy to commit theft, $50 fine, $37 restitution.

• Michael D. Brizzee, 45, of Lawrenceville, six months for DUI, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

• Brian S. Kizer, 35, of Tioga, six months for making a false statement under penalty, $100 fine.

Sentenced to accelerated rehabilitative disposition were:

• Alan E. Koch, 51, of Mainesburg, 18 months probation for impersonating a public servant.

• Shawn L. Bement, 27, of Millerton, 12 months probation for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana.

• Jonathan G. Reigner, 20, of Mansfield, nine months probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Chris E. Davis Jr. 20, of Tioga, six months probation for use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9 face charges in Tioga County District Courts

WELLSBORO — Nine people either have appeared or will appear before District Judge Rob Repard in Wellsboro or District Judge James Carlson in Mansfield.

• Nicole Dominguez, 42, of 199 Buck Run Road, Mansfield, faces charges of forgery, theft by deception and possessing instruments of crime after she allegedly used 10 counterfeit $100 bills to purchase a Moneygram at CVS Pharmacy in Mansfield on May 4. Dominguez was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 9 preliminary hearing.

• Bradley S. Dunham, 43, of 1030 West Branch Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident at 23 Riberolle St. on Oct. 9. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 22 preliminary hearing.

•Corey M. Martin, 21, 1128 Morris Run Road, Blossburg, faces charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and possession of drug paraphernalia after he crashed his 2002 Subaru Forrester on Route 6 in Delmar Township on Sept. 20. He was issued a summons to appear at a Dec. 6 preliminary hearing.

•Thomas S. Seymour, 25, of 107 Mainesburg Road, Mainesburg, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop on East Wellsboro Street Sept. 10. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 30 preliminary hearing.

•Jason L. Leaks Jr., 18, of 66 Morris Drive, Mansfield, faces charges of retail theft after he allegedly took $296 worth of items from the Wal-Mart Super Center, 1169 Main St., Mansfield, on Oct. 7. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 20 preliminary hearing.

•Dylan E. Baumbach, 18, of Port Treverton, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Clinton Street on Sept. 24. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 30 preliminary hearing.

• Linden A. Sampson, 26, of 147 Beaver Dam Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on East Avenue on Sept. 30. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 22 preliminary hearing.

• Jessie A. Taylor, 25, of 153C Tabor St., Blossburg, faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia seized during a random probation check at his residence Oct. 11. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 16 preliminary hearing.

• Bianca J. Springer, 38, of 55 Cobblehill Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of DUI following a traffic stop on Sherwood Street on Sept. 18. She was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 18 preliminary hearing.
