6 sentenced in Tioga County
WELLSBORO – Six people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Monday. According to court documents, sentenced to jail time were:
Anthony F. Allen Jr., 30, or Wellsboro, five years intermediate punishment for delivery of a controlled substance, with 12 months in Tioga County Prison on work release, 30 days, electronic home monitoring, probation, $1,000 fine.
Amy Sue Schmidt, 50, of Westfield, two months to 23 1/2 months in jail for criminal mischief, credit for 152 days time served, $642 restitution, concurrent; 12 months for possession of a controlled substance; and for possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months, concurrent.
Sentenced to probation were:
Travis N. Morton, 30, of Grafton, Massachusetts, 12 months for disorderly conduct, $100 fine, and a $200 fine for reckless driving plus a six-month driver’s license suspension.
Alan R. MacBeath, 69, of Galeton, six months probation for driving under the influence of intoxicants, $300 fine.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Shawn E. Meyer, 18, of Middlebury Center, nine months probation for use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Amanda K. Warren, 33, of Lawrenceville, 12 months probation for DUI.
