14 sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Fourteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Seven were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Michael J. Deitrick, 40, 816 Grove St., 85 days to six months, 12 months probation, $1,500 in fines and 50 hours of community service for false identification, DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving under suspension.

• Alton M. Vogt, 41, Winchester, Virginia, 17 days to six months with credit for time served, 75 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• Desirae D. Lowe, 23, 1063 W. Fourth St., five days to six months in county prison, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Erica L. Moore, 39, 2211 Cummings St., 72 hours to six months in county prison, 75 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Jeffrey L. Miller, 32, 20 South Arch St., Montoursville, five days to six months, 75 hours community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Jessica N. Wagner-Stoner, 20, Reedsville, 72 hours to six months, 50 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Jason J. Greaux, 27, 959 Market St., five days to six months with credit for time served, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

Five were sentenced to probation. They are:

• James R. Bowes, 53, 150 Big Pine Lane, Jersey Shore, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• James Kenneth Tindal Jr., 25, 729 Lincoln Ave., six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Thomas C. Swank, 51, Eagles Mere, six months, 75 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Jeremy D. Boecker, 36, Forksville, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Kinsley A. Cohick, 22, 826 McMinn Ave., six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

Two were fined. They are:

• Dillon D. Smith, 24, 57 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, $1,000 in fines for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michelle M. Lohman, 32, Lancaster, $500 in fines for possession of a controlled substance.
