4 facing a variety of charges

Four people have been charged with various offenses, according to court records.

Those charged and the police departments involved are:

• Zhyiir Shabazz Dorsey, 20, of 911 High St.; city police; felony charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property of six smartphones on Sunday at 526 Seventh Ave.; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.

• Jonathan David Roberts, 31, of 3123 Bottle Run Road; city police; alleged disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on Sunday at 321 Pine St.; released on $5,000 bail.

• Irvin Kaseem Cook, 18, of 910 Poplar St.; city police; alleged possession with intent to deliver three bags of marijuana on Friday at Fifth and Hepburn streets; jailed in lieu of $50,000.

• Brandon Paul Fisher, 35, of 334 E. Bald Eagle St., Lock Haven; Muncy police; theft, receiving stolen property and bad checks for allegedly knowningly writing a check for $4,399 for the purchase of a 2008 Ford Fusion while his account was frozen on Oct. 3; jail in lieu of $7,500.
