Thirteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Five were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Bruce A. White, 26, 2833 W. Fourth St., 12 to 36 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christian J. Gardner, 23, 344 George St., 12 to 48 months for theft by unlawful taking.

• Emerson J. Eiswerth, 57, 115 Guinter Ave., 19 to 84 months with credit for time served and $258 in restitution for retail theft.

• Sean Patterson, 32, 8754 Route 973, Cogan Station, 15 to 60 months with credit for time served and $2,500 in fines for DUI.

• Robert E. Williams, 39, county prison, 21 to 60 months with credit for time served and $250 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking.

Eight were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Gage M. Wood, 23, 719 Pearl St., 37 days to 18 months, 12 months probation, 100 hours of community service and $1,100 in fines for tampering, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment and DUI.

• Nykeana L. Hutchinson, 37, 9527 Highway 220, Jersey Shore, 24 days to 18 months with credit for time served, 36 months probation and 50 hours of activity for possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false identification and retail theft.

• Whitney M. Stewart, 34, 373 S. State St., Millville, 12 to 36 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver heroin.

• Joseph E. Lair Jr., 44, 638 Second Ave., five days to six months, 75 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• William O. Boswell, 64, Canandaigua, New York, three to six months and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Jacqueline J. Moore, 55, county prison, 30 days to 24 months less than a day with credit for time served, 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for delivery of a controlled substance.

• Danielle T. Kurtz, 61, 430 State Road, Milton, five days to 18 months with credit for time served, six months of probation and 50 hours of community service for corruption of a minor not sexual and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Clarence A. Dishong, 26, 673 Campbell St., five days to 24 months less than a day with credit for time served, 50 hours of community service and $9 in restitution for retail theft.
