15 face variety of drug-related charges

Fifteen people have been charged with various drug offenses. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

• Cody Michael Winder, 23, of 323 Hughes St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver three tablets of percocet at High and Center streets on Friday morning; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.

• Marvin Da-Von Young, 24, of Philadelphia; Montoursville police; possession with intent to deliver several bags of cocaine after he was caught allegedly stealing $19 worth of merchandise at Walmart, 1015 N. Loyalsock Ave. on April 8; also charged with shoplifting and false identification to law enforcement on April 8; jailed in lieu of $60,000 bail.

• Kareem Gillison, 31, of 650 Ames Place; city police; possession with intent to deliver 3.5 grams of cocaine and related offenses at Cherry and High streets on April 2; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.

• Jennifer Lynn Mundrick, 30, of 1940 Princeton Ave.; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of 3.4 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1900 block of Princeton Avenue on March 30; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Mary Elizabeth Fawber, 78, of 96 Park Place, Muncy, and daughter-in-law Kimberly Sue Stetts, 43, of 2200 Lycoming Creek Road; state police possession with intent to deliver 70 Oxycodone Hydrochloride and related drug offenses for allegedly selling prescription drugs to others on Lycoming Creek Road on March 23; Stetts also sold prescription pills on Feb. 20; both women released on $100,000 bail each.

• Krista Lee Davenport, 36, of New Cumberland; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of four bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of East Street on March 22; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.

• Natasha Leigh Milton, 27, of 616 Poplar St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and related offenses in the 1100 block of Memorial Avenue in the city on March 5; released on $10,000 bail.

• Vanessa Elaine Jackson, 39, and Jamaal Charles Jackson, 24, both of 1018 Memorial Ave.; state police; conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver oxycodone and related offenses for their alleged involvement in the sale of the controlled substance in the 500 block of Washington Boulevard on March 2; both released on $10,000 bail each.

• David Evans Braxton, 42, of 819 Wilson St.; city police; possession of three bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of West Third Street on Feb. 27; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Tyren K. Booker, 21, of 100 College Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Packer Street in the city on Jan. 29; a bench warrant was going to be filed after Booker recently failed to appear for a preliminary hearing.

• Tyler James Kutz, 30, of Canton; city police; possession of three bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the first block of Fifth Street on Dec. 27; released on $2,500 bail.

• Stephanie Joanne Woltz, 32, of 3688 Elimsport Road, Montgomery; state police; possession of 60 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia at Sixth Avenue and High Street in the city on July 18; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Manda Jane Jones, 32, of State College; city police; possession of nine papers of heroin and drug paraphernalia (10 hypodermic needles) at River Avenue and Sheridan Street on July 4; released on $2,500 bail.

• Daniel Raymond Engleman, 27, of White Deer; the county’a Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of three bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Wyoming Street in the city last May 19; initially jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail and a parole violation, but now free on bail.
