22 sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Twenty-two individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Brandon A. Stevenson, 27, 921 Arch St. Apt. 1, three to 24 months in state prison for criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking.

• Therin R. Powell, 30, state prison, 18 to 120 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

Twelve were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Jamill S. Hines, 20, 92 E. Houston Ave., Montgomery, 200 to 416 days in county prison with credit for time served, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for simple assault, open lewdness and theft.

• Antwan M. McClain, 33, county prison, 60 days to 12 months with credit for time served and 50 hours of community service for unsworn statements.

• Nathan A. Carr, 26, 2634 Grand St., 100 to 207 days with credit for time served for reckless endangerment of another person.

• Karen A. Gardner, 51, 761 W. Third St., one to 24 months less than one day with credit for time served and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Joseph L. James, 63, county prison, 15 to 30 days with 30 days credit for time served, 36 months probation and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Burt D. Copeland, 41, 692 Muncy Exchange Road, Muncy, 30 days to six months, 50 hours of community service and $750 in fines for DUI.

• Tydric L. Richardson, 20, Edgewood, Maryland, 100 to 200 days with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lamar Morton, 41, 646 Second Ave., 14 to 28 days with credit for time served, 12 months probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jamie M. Billman, 40, 41 Saint Francis Way, Holtwood, 14 days to six months with credit for time served, six months probation and 35 hours of community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Arthur Smith III, 31, Philadelphia, 45 to 90 days with credit for time served for resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Cory J. Roach, 27, 714 W. Third St., 48 hours to six months and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Rashawn L. Logan II, 18, 926 Grove St., 12 months less than one day to 24 months less than one day with credit for time served, 60 months probation and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking with a firearm, receiving stolen property, burglary, terroristic threats and criminal mischief.

Eight were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Rahim A. Baines, 29, 12 Bower St., Montgomery, six months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Caleb P. Rooker, 20, 516 Fairman Road, Muncy Valley, six months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Dawn Lebert, 44, 256 Allegheny St. Apt. 4, Jersey Shore, six months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Sean E. Obryan, 46, 2980 Heshbon Road, 90 days and $300 in fines for driving without interlock.

• Tyler J. Kutz, 30, 14 W. Carson St. Apt. 1A, Canton, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Wayne T. Henderson, 24, 520 W. Edwin St. Apt. C, six months and 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph M. Mother, 35, 800 Wildwood Boulevard, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking.

• David L. Hicks, 56, no address listed, 18 months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI and reckless endangerment of another person.
