15 face charges for drug-related crimes

Fifteen people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

• David Aldophus Seward, 43, of 507 Rural Ave.; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses for his alleged involvement in the selling of three to five grams of the controlled substance on five occasions in the city between April 19 and May 9; jailed in lieu of $350,000 bail.

• Roger Lee Johnson Jr., 21, of Philadelphia; state police; possession with intent to deliver 60 bags of heroin and related offenses in the 600 block of Pine Street in the city on May 4; jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.

• Casey Scott Nicodemus, 29, of Lock Haven; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at First Avenue and High Street on May 1; also charged with escape for allegedly fleeing officers, but he was quickly apprehended; released on bail.

• Mikael James Floyd, 25, of 443 E. Second Ave., South Williamsport; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses for his alleged involvement in two drug sales that occurred in the 400 block of Swan Alley in South Williamsport on Feb. 15 and Feb. 23 and a third drug sale in the 200 block of William Street in the city on March 29; released on $50,000 bail.

• Walter A. Richardson, 33, of 747 W. Fourth St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver 10 bags of heroin and possession of contraband for allegedly having the drugs on him when he was committed to the Lycoming County Prison on another matter on March 27; recommitted in lieu of $50,000 bail.

• Michael Robert Berger, 23, of 1510 Memorial Ave.; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Bottle Run and Daughertys Run roads on March 22; released on $1,500 bail.

• Lady A. Colon-Morales, 19, of Lebanon; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on campus on March 21; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Trystan Cameron Boyles, 27, of 258 Mountain Road, Muncy Valley; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his Penn Township home on March 16; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Cassi Arlene Derr, 21, of Mifflinburg; city police; possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Grampian Boulevard and Spring Lane on March 7; released on $5,000 bail.

• Joleen Anna Hoover, 34, of 1130 Broad St., Montoursville; Montoursville police; possession of 28 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Loyalsock Avenue on March 2; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Roger Lee Johnson Jr., 21, of Philadelphia; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin for allegedly selling the controlled substance to an undercover state trooper in the city; first at Grace and Walnut streets on Feb. 28 and at Little League Boulevard and Pine Street on April 20; jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail.

• Jonah A. Huffman, 19, of Warren; South Williamsport police; possession of 18 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of West Southern Avenue on Feb. 24; released on $2,500 bail.

• Cody Scott Hooker, 18, of 52 Boak Ave., Hughesville; Hughesville police; possession of marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia at Cottage and Cemetery streets in the borough on Feb. 23; released on $5,000 bail.

• Erin Elizabeth Rossman, 36, of Lock Haven; city police; possession of suboxone strips and four pills of a prescribed pain medicine without a prescription as well as false identification to law enforcement at Market Street and Little League Boulevard on Feb. 19; released on $5,000 bail.

• Michael Guy Adams, 47, of 1222 Park Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Fourth Avenue in the city on Oct. 13; released on $2,500 bail.
