19 sentenced in Lycoming County

Nineteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Four were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Antoine Slater, state prison, 12 to 24 months for escape.

• Marvin D. Young, 24, county prison, 12 to 24 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

• Kareem Gillison, 31, 650 Ames Place, 21 to 60 months with credit for time served for with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

• Gerald J. Dick, 42, Howald, 48 to 96 months for failure to register.

Four were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Michelle A. McCollin, 38, 146 B Montgomery St., Montgomery, 72 hours to six months, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Anthony J. Hammer, 24, 1710 W. Southern Ave., South Williamsport, seven days to 18 months with credit for time served and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Sahmire R. Teasley, 21, 1206 Park Ave., six to 24 months less than one day with credit for time served, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for delivery of cocaine.

• Richard D. Clark, 35, 31 Railroad St., Ralston, 29 days to 18 months with credit for time served and six months of probation and 50 hours of community service for simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Joseph D. Pinkerton, 53, 1242 Baldwin St., six months with five days on electronic monitoring, 35 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Maria J. Mandresh, 53, 1905 Poco Farm Road, six months, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for possession of a controlled substance and DUI.

Nine were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Dennis E. Haines III, 35, 159 Cement Drive, Jersey Shore, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Dakota M. Chambers, 23, 119 S. Broad St., Jersey Shore, 18 months and 100 hours of community service for retail theft and disorderly conduct.

• Melinda S. Boings, 26, 152 Boak Ave. Lot 35, Hughesville, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Joan A. Hoffman, 22, 20 N. Broad St., Hughesville, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for reckless endangerment of another person and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael S. Snyder, 36, 104 White Top Road, Freeburg, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for criminal attempt of possession of a controlled substance.

• Lisa O’ Day, 48, 528 Ruben Keher Road, Muncy, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of a child.

• Whitney L. Baker, 30, 401 Walker Hill Road, Newport, 24 months, $350 in fines and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking.

• Mikayla G. Barnes, 18, 178 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippensburg, 18 months and 50 hours of community service for escape.

• Richard Snyder, 26, Shamokin, 18 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
