31 sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Thirty-one individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Six were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Ameer Williams, 46, 1236 Isabella St., 12 to 24 months with credit for time served for theft by unlawful taking.

• Marlon K. Taylor, 27, county prison, 90 to 180 months with credit for time served for person not to possess and possession with intent to deliver heroin.

• Kyle D. Kreitzer, 24, state prison, 15 to 30 days for providing false identification.

• Andrew L. Lingle, 25, 110 Water St., Centre Hall, 12 to 60 months with credit for time served for DUI, providing false identification and driving without a license.

• David M. Perla, 23, 37 Chestnut St., Arnot, 10 to 30 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver, DUI and possession of a weapon.

• Robin L. Shifflett, 41, 644 Cherry St., 12 to 48 months with credit for time served for retail theft.

Eight were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Zakary A. Koch, 24, county prison, six to 12 months with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Austin M. Rice, 21, 9317 N. Route 220, Linden, 48 hours to six months, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI.

• Tara J. McLeod, 28, 2638 W. Fourth St., six to 24 months less than one day with credit for time served, 50 hours of activity and $164.88 in restitution for retail theft.

• Ryan A. Masden, 25, 2041 Greenview Road, Montoursville, seven days to six months, 90 days on electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Felicia A. Bates, 37, 1220 Vine Ave., five days to six months, 60 days on electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $600 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Benjamin J. Smith, 38, 854 Snyder Town Road, Howard, 13 days to 12 months with credit for time served, 50 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Amanda K. Pollini, 29, 329 Interstate Ave. PO Box 193, White Deer, 72 hours to six months, 50 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Dylan Simcox, 21, 1013 Horn Hill Road, Hughesville, three to 24 months less than one day with credit for time served, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nine were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Robin L. Foster, 49, 5130 Route 87, six months, five days on electronic monitoring, $300 fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Jerry K. Schneider, 69, 69 Park Place Apt. 5, Muncy, six months, 75 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI

• Patrick D. Steinbacher, 39, 1482 Louisa St., 60 months, 75 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• Elijah Davis, 43, 611 Campbell St., First Floor, six months, $500 in fines, $1,069.98 in restitution and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Deshane A. Lucas, 49, 114 Fairview St. PO Box 47, Avis, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Laura W. Wallis, 37, 195 S. Third St., Hughesville, six months, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI.

• Heather E. Hinshaw, 33, 3721 Route 973, Cogan Station, 60 months, 50 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• Jonathan Plank, 32, 2495 Blair St., five years, 50 hours of community service and $2,500 in fines for DUI.

• Kimberly Novalis, 55, 275 Grimesville Road, five years, 90 days eligible to be served on electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $2,500 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

Eight were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Sandra Molino, 69, 798 W. Edwin St. Apt. 509, three years and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Jeremy Gramling, 38, York, six months and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Scott Paulhamus, 45, 422 1/2 S. Howard St., South Williamsport, 12 months and 50 hours of activity for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Alphonzo G. Smith, 30, Crisfield, Maryland, six months, 50 hours of activity and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Duane E. Green, 41, 315 Shady Acres Lane, Jersey Shore, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Paul M. Temple, 27, Unityville, six months and 50 hours of community service for simple assault.

• Alexander R. Bobotas, 49, 1920 Sylvan Dell Road, South Williamsport, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for boating under the influence.

• Kenneth Rook, 23, 1106 Hill Alley Apt. 2, Jersey Shore, 60 months with six months on electronic monitoring for statutory sexual assault.
