15 people charged with various drug offenses

Fifteen people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

• Alex Wesley Britton, 29, and Courtney Mae Montgomery-Zurinsky, 26, both of 449 Hastings St., South Williamsport; South Williamsport police; possession with intent to deliver 6 ounces of marijuana, endangering the welfare of children and related offenses after police seized the controlled substance from the couple’s home while investigating a disturbance there on Friday night; Britton faces additional charges of simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting Montgomery-Zurinsky; two children were in the home at the time; Britton was jailed in lieu of $175,000 bail while the woman was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• Thomas Craig Foster, 39, Lock Haven; an inmate at the Lycoming County Prison’s pre-release center; county detective; possession with intent to deliver suboxone, possession of contraband and related offenses for allegedly smuggling the controlled substance into the center on County Farm Road in Loyalsock Township and giving it to four other inmates between June 2 and June 15; jailed in lieu of an additional $25,000 bail.

• Breilun T. McCloe, 24, of 648 Fifth Ave.; state police; possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and related offenses at Sixth Avenue and High Street on June 9; released on $25,000 bail.

• Danielle Marie Scott, 32, of 642 Fifth Ave,; state police; possession with intent to deliver 4.2 grams of cocaine and related offenses at Sixth Avenue and High Street in the city on June 1; jailed in lieu of $90,000 bail.

• Thomas Wilson Wood Sr., 29, of Port Treverton; state police; possession of 82 bags of heroin and related offenses in the 500 block of Route 15 in South Williamsport on May 26; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail; when he arrived at the Lycoming County Prison, corrections officers discovered another bag in his shoes.

• Collin M. Heatley 23, of 1032 Wolf Run Road, Hughesville; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1700 block of West Fourth Street on May 11; released on $2,500 bail.

• Dylan Thomas Klaahsen, 20, of 226 N. Main St., Hughesville; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Broad Street in Montoursville on April 19; released on $2,500 bail.

• Cody Lee Laudenslager, 19, of 3058 Route 654; state police; possession of 11 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of High Street on April 19; released on $5,000 bail.

• Morgan Lea Champaign, 18, of 422 High St.; city police; possession of 11 grams of marijuana and two marijuana plants in the 400 block of High Street on April 19; released on $5,000 bail.

• Intisar N. Martin, 39, of 1526 Memorial Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana, PCP and drug paraphernalia in the 1600 block of Sherman Street in the city on April 14; released on $5,000 bail.

• Robert Daniel Seagrave Jr., 26, of 42 Maple Ave.; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses for his alleged involvement in two controlled buys of the drug in the 200 block of William Street on April 7 and again on April 10; released on $25,000 bail.

• Anthony Joseph Marchese, 35, of 379 Jerome Ave.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at West Seventh and Pine streets on April 9; released on $5,000 bail.

• Jessica Alexandria Brown, 27, of Philadelphia; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of West Fourth Street in the city on March 18; released on $2,500 bail.

• Shantell Marie Snider, 26, of 1520 Evergreen Road; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of William Street on Nov. 13; a bench warrant was expected to be issued since she failed to appear for her preliminary hearing.
