25 sentenced in Lycoming County court for variety of crimes

Twenty-five individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Three were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Shelton R. Brytan, 29, 839 High St., 20 days to six months and $200 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Malik Corbin, 22, Philadelphia, six to 24 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver.

• Hanif West, 32, 1724 Four Mile Drive Apt. 3D, 9 to 36 months and 24 months probation for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ten were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Lamar Stallworth, 25, 509 W. Edwin St., 72 hours to six months, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Brian E. Weaver, 34, 807 Hughes Road, Watsontown, 72 hours to six months, 50 hours of communitiy service and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Robert C. Lentz, 53, 1013 Dewey Ave., 14 days to six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Gage S. Mottern, 22, 1389 John Brady Drive, Muncy, 48 hours to six months, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI with accident.

• Mark Steppe, 24, 73 Walnut Lane, Jersey Shore, 72 hours to 12 months, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI and resisting arrest.

• Harold E. Rainier Jr., 52, 48 hours to six months,75 hours of community service and $775 in fines for DUI and driving without a license.

• Steven A. Mayer, 26, 60 N. Sullivan Loop, Ralston, seven days to 12 months with credit for time served and 50 hours of activity for possession of heroin.

• Randy A. Wright, 27, 1400 High St., 30 days to 12 months with credit for time served, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for terroristic threats.

• Dane Wodrig, 36, 1061 West Sones Road, Muncy, 30 to 60 days, three years of probation and 75 hours of community service for harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault and cruelty to animals.

• Jack Lohman, 55, 532 Pearson Road, Jersey Shore, 72 hours to six months and 35 hours of community service for DUI.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Deidre M. Bubb, 29, 244 Rosser Lane, South Williamsport, 24 months, 180 days on electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI, illegal operation of a vehicle without interlock and driving under suspension.

• Erica J. Splain, 35, 839 Memorial Ave., six months, 50 hours of community service and $750 in fines for DUI.

Ten were sentenced to probation. They are:

• James D. Brown, 25, 3635 Pine St., Cogan Station, six months, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Tannew E. Rager, 21, State College, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Carl L. Anderson, 48, 1959 Wreyburn Place, 30 days, 100 hours of community service and $500 in fines for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

• Jeffrey T. Cherrington, 54, 931 First Ave., six months for disorderly conduct.

• Jayuana M. Bullard, 23, Philadelphia, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for indecent exposure.

• Sean V. Parker, 28, 1273 Round Top Road, Wellsboro, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jason L. Thomas, 26, 207 N. Main St., Muncy, 18 months, 50 hours of community service and $1,825 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking.

• Kent A. Rathgaber, 67, 708 Penn St., six months for unsworn falsification.

• Brian O. Kruse, 34, 1236 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, 24 months, 50 hours of community service and $250 in restitution for receiving stolen property.

• Melissa R. Spitler, 43, state prison, three months for furnishing drug-free urine.
