27 sentenced in Lycoming County court

Twenty-seven individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

One was sentenced to state prison. She is:

• Denise M. Shaible, 57, 1074 Griggs Road, Pennsdale, 15 to 30 months and $500 in fines for DUI.

Sixteen were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Beatriz Fortuna Robies, 28, Philadelphia, 16 days to 12 months with credit for time served, 12 months probation and 50 hours of community service for terroristic threats and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jack L. Fry III, 38, 425 Lower Grays Run Road, Trout Run, seven days to 12 months with credit for time served, 48 months probation and 50 hours of community service for possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.

• Monica N. Stewart, 28, 689 Seventh Ave., 32 days to six months and 48 months probation for criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and retail theft.

• Samuel D. Solis-Gonzalez, 20, county prison, two to 20 months with credit for time served, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for possession with intent to deliver.

• Francis J. Friel, 36, 363 Union Ave., 30 days to six months, 12 months probation, 50 hours of community service and $750 in fines for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Irvin K. Cook, 19, 910 Poplar St., 23 days to 12 months with credit for time served and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Naomi L. Cross, 23, Liberty House, 815 W. Fourth St., days to 17 months and 72 hours to six months with a portion to be served on electronic monitoring, 42 months of intermediate punishment, 100 hours of community service and $2,500 in fines for DUI.

• Jamal T. Johnson, 23, 1172 W. Fourth St. Apt. 1, seven days to 12 months and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Ashley N. Giacomi, 29, 404 Eden St., Jersey Shore, 48 hours to six months, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI.

• Lorena R. Almond, 36, Mecedon, New York, two to 22 months, 60 months of intermediate punishment, 100 hours of community service and $2,500 in fines for DUI and reckless endangerment of another person.

• Stephen D. Moore, 28, county prison, 14 days to 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jody A. Butter, 45, 1166 Huling Road, Linden, 48 hours, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI and disorderly conduct.

• Justin M. Litz, 29, 360 East Park Apt. 515, Lock Haven, 90 days to 24 months less than one day, 36 months probation, 35 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• Zyhiir S. Dorsey, 21, county prison, 30 days to six months with creidt for time served for conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.

• Chad M. Maggs, 43, 1543 Four Mile Drive, 72 hours to six months, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI.

• Theodore E. Larsen, 32, county prison, one to 18 months and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking.

Three were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Karen I. Stine, 57, 540 Broadway St. Apt. 19, Hughesville, 60 months, 90 days on electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $2,500 in fines for DUI and illegally operating a vehicle without an interlock

• Corie M. Poche, 33, Altoona, six months, 90 days on electronic monitoring for DUI.

• Juan R. Zaya-Maldonado, 37, 353 W. Third St.,24 months and $258 in fines, $2,017 in restitution DUI, access devise fraud and bad checks.

Seven were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Ji Chao Ni, 27, 2215 Reed St., six months and 30 hours of community service for unsworn falsification.

• Harold Hakeem Rainier, 33, 379 Jerome Ave., six months and 30 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Freda J. Goldy, 58, 1145 Market St., six months and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Dareesha A. Brooks-Alston, 19, 821 Baldwin St., 36 months and $160 in restitution for retail theft.

• Holli A. Trimble, 40, 1751 Frederick Ave., 12 months and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Travis J. Wagner, 20, 759 W. Village Drive, 36 months and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking and simple assault.

• Stephanie M. Inch, 30, Selinsgrove, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
