6 face charges in Tioga County

TIOGA — Six people either have appeared or will appear before district judges to face various charges in Tioga County. They are:

• Tristan James Gerow, 20, 222 Sherwood Manor, Mansfield, faces charges of criminal trespassing following an incident in which Mansfield Borough police responded to surveillance video footage of Gerow allegedly entering the Saint James Complex numerous times after being given a no trespass order on Sept. 19, according to court documents. He was issued a summons to appear at a scheduled Nov. 8 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.

• Jennifer Lynne Wallace, 45, Grover, faces charges of retail theft following an incident in which state police responded to Wal-Mart loss prevention catching Wallace allegedly placing items on her person before leaving without paying for them, according to court documents. She allegedly refused to stop when attendants asked her to, but the vehicle information led to Wallace, who has prior arrests for retail theft, according to court records. She was issued a summons to appear at a scheduled Oct. 25 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.

• Jackie Leigh Moran Jr., 30, 225 Rolling Acres Road, Mansfield, faces charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property following an incident in which Moran allegedly took a downpayment of $50 for a vehicle with 150,000 miles on it and then took the vehicle and sold it for scraps himself while still trying to get the rest of the money for the vehicle from the victim, according to state police. He was issued a summons to appear at a scheduled Nov. 1 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.

• Kevin Wayne Show, 53, Colorado, faces charges of simple assault and harassment following an incident in which Mansfield Borough police reviewed video footage of Show allegedly striking a victim in the face with a closed fist hard enough to send the victim to the hospital for treatment to a lip injury, according to court documents. He was issued a summons to appear at a scheduled Nov. 8 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.

• Bradley David Route, 35, 149 Ensminger Road, Mainesburg, faces charges of criminal trespassing following an incident in which Route allegedly violated court orders not to enter a victim’s residence and Mansfield Borough police found him inside asleep in the bedroom, according to court documents. He was issued a summons to appear at a scheduled Nov. 8 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.

• Dustin M. Worthington, 28, 510 E. Main St., Westfield, faces charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and driving vehicle without insurance following an incident in which Wellsboro police pulled Worthington over for a traffic stop, and he allegedly had marijuana and pipes in the vehicle, according to court documents. He was issued a summons to appear at a Nov. 7 preliminary hearing before District Judge Robert L. Repard.
