9 face various charges in Lycoming County

Nine people have been charged with various criminal offenses. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

• Graham N. Coy, 26, of Elverson; city police; three charges of DUI after testing positive for marijuana, Amphetamine and Alprazolam on West Fourth Street on May 7; released on $3,500 bail.

• Isaiah Tull, 21, 717 Second St.; city police; two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of tampering with evidence and two counts of receiving stolen property after trying to hide 26 bags of heroin from police under a nearby plant at the intersection of West Third and Campbell streets on Oct. 1; jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail.

• Tajmir N. Williams, 20, 427 Louisa St.; city police; two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of tampering with evidence and two counts of receiving stolen property after trying to hide 26 bags of heroin from police under a nearby plant at the intersection of West Third and Campbell streets on Oct. 1; jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail.

• Justin W. Faltz, 30,1001 Market St.; city police; possesion of a controlled substance and possesion of drug paraphernalia at 700 W. Edwin St. on June 26.

• Dustin S. Stohlberg, 35, of Mansfield; city police; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 1700 block of West Fourth Street on June 11; released on $1,500 bail.

• Hailee B. Mercy, 19, of Felton; city police; possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of DUI on the 1990 block of West Fourth Street on April 18; released on $3,500 bail.

• Timothy S. Bortz, 28, 1319 High St.; simple assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of children after slapping his one year old child and leaving his two young children unsupervised near a full bathtub at his house on June 21.

• Female Goodwin, 49, 753 W. Edwin St.; city police; retail theft and theft by unlawful taking after stealing about $25 worth of merchandise from the Goodwill store on Hepburn Street and about $85 worth of goods from a customer at 621 Hepburn St. on Sept. 7; released on $1,500 bail.

• Amer O. Ghayyada, 39, of Lycoming County Prison, 277 W. Third St.; Lycoming County District Attorney’s office; intimidating a witness after threatening to sue a witness against him at Lycoming County Prison on Sept. 25; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
