14 people sentenced in Lycoming County Court
Fourteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.
One was sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Carland A. Handy, 36, county prison, 36 to 96 months with credit for time served for delivery of heroin.
Six were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Anthony Gar Williams, 20, 1309 Almond St., four to nine days with credit for nine days served, 18 months probation and 50 hours of activity for resisting arrest.
• Fakaredeen Lee, 40, Harrisburg, three to six months with credit for time served for simple assault.
• James M. Swartz, 23, 1868 Sugar Run Road, Mill Hall, 22 to 45 days, 12 months probatoin and 75 hours of community service for terroristic threats and harassment.
• Lakeisha Monet Clark, 19, Pottstown, 35 days to 18 months with credit for time served and 35 hours of community service for simple assault.
• Justin James Volino, 32, Saylorsburg, 14 days to 12 months with credit for time served, 12 months probation and 35 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeffrey A. Wiestling, 36, county prison, three to six months with credit for time served and $1,000 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.
Seven were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Eric J. Watson Jr., 28, Millmont, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Melinda Sue Boings, 25, 1419 W. Southern Ave. First Floor, South Williamsport, 12 months, $200 in fines and 35 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
• Joseph James, 63, 742 Memorial Ave., 36 months for retail theft.
• Aaron Michael Williams, 23, 617 Second St., six months and 35 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Michael Todd Hutton, 47, 1376 Cottage Ave. Apt. A, Cogan Station, 12 months and 35 hours of community service for false reports.
• Mariah Michele Major, 23, 607 Cherry St., 12 months and 35 hours of community service for retail theft and false identification.
• Jacqueline F. Pelletier, 56, 2656 Euclid Ave., 24 months for communication with 911 and theft of services.
