4 face various charges in Tioga County

TIOGA — Four people either have appeared or will appear before district judges to face various charges in Tioga County. They are:

• Charlene M. Mills, 61, Philadelphia, faces charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in which out of state medicinal marijuana and oil sticks containing cannabis were allegedly discovered in Mills’ hotel room after a patron needed medical attention, according to Wellsboro police. She was issued a summons to appear at a Jan. 9 preliminary hearing before District Judge Robert L. Repard.

• James William Riddle II, 44, PO Box 482, Wellsboro, faces charges of defiant trespassing, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following an incident in which he allegedly refused to leave a hotel’s dining area and allegedly disturbed other patrons by sitting at numerous tables, declaring strangers to be his family, according to Wellsboro police. He was issued a summons to appear at a Dec. 19 preliminary hearing before District Judge Robert L. Repard.

• Jennifer Grace Wilson, 24, 16843 Route 6, Mansfield, faces charges of retail theft following an incident with Walmart loss prevention in which Wilson allegedly tried to leave with items on her person without paying, according to state police. She was issued a summons to appear at a Jan. 3 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.

• Scott Paul Woodhouse, 37, New York, faces charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft following an incident with Walmart loss prevention in which he allegedly left the store without paying for items, according to state police. He was issued a summons to appear at a Jan. 3 preliminary hearing before District Judge James E. Carlson.
