Man jailed after calling 911 while high on drugs
Old Lycoming Township Police seized about $14,000 worth of drugs from an apartment building after the defendent called 911 on Tuesday while under the influence of drugs.
Police responded to the home of Darien H. Black, 37, of 1838 Blanchard Ave., Apt 4, after Black had called 911, claiming that someone attempted to break into his apartment, smashing a window in his front door with a handgun, according to Old Lycoming Township Police.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found Black, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, hiding in his closet.
