19 sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Nineteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Marisa N. Liddington, 30, county prison, three to 24 months and $300 in fines for retail theft, false identification, possession of a controlled substance and driving under suspension.

• Theodore L. Sunday III, 27, state college, 12 to 60 months with credit for time served for DUI.

Eleven were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Garriet L. Shirk, 35, Mifflinburg, three to seven months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

• Theresa M. Brown, 56, 22 Michael Ave., Hughesville, 42 days to 24 months less one day, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of a child.

• Jason G. Koch, 42, 421 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, five days to 12 months with credit for time served and 25 hours of community service for resisting arrest.

• Suann Dyar, 36, 632 Cherry St., six to 12 months with credit for time served for reckless endangerment of another person.

• Dylan M. Hestor, 35, Mifflinburg, 15 to 30 days with credit for time served for possession of heroin.

• Matthew Koch, 42, 1524 Scott St., 12 months less than one day to 24 months less than one day for failure to register.

• Joseph P. Kelley, 37, 850 Louisa St., Apt. 6, 14 days to six months, 12 months probation, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI and reckless endangerment of another person.

• Jason Robert Houseweart, 36, 258 Sechler Drive, Montoursville, 30 to 60 days and 22 months probation for resisting arrest.

• Eric T. Hubbell, 38, 392 S. Pine Run Road, Linden, 14 days to 12 months and 60 days of electronic monitoring for possession of a controlled substance and driving under suspension.

• Nathan Ryan Demmian, 37, 4678 Route 220, Linden, 72 hours to six months, 100 hours of community service and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Jennifer May Carson, 37, Bellefonte, 45 days to 18 months and 50 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of a child.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Francis Joseph Fosko, 45, 335 S. Main St., Hughesville, five years, 50 hours of community service and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• Brian T. Moroskie, 42, Coal Township, 90 days on electronic monitoring, six months probation and 50 hours of community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Four were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Denai Monique Kramer, 21, 300 Campbell St. Apt. 1, 12 months for theft by unlawful taking.

• Brett A. Wise, 25, Eugene Oregon, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

• Linqua C. Howell, 33, 317 Brandon Ave., 12 months and 50 hours of community service for statements under penalty.

• Hannah E. Shipman, 27, 3 E. Plaza Drive, Lot 4, Hughesville, 24 months, 75 hours of community service for accident involving injury.
