Thirty-six individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Three were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Kiam L. Alford, 21, Lycoming County Prison, 3 1/2 to seven years with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver, firearms not to be carried and possession of a controlled substance.

• Joseph T. Wilson, 38, Lycoming County Prison, eight to 30 years with credit for time served for nine charges of criminal use of a communication facility, 18 charges of possession with intent to deliver and one charge of conspiracy possession with intent to deliver.

• Brittany M. Ross, 27, Muncy state prison, 12 to 24 months for possession of a controlled substance.

Eleven were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Joshua E. Bowers, 28, 4 S. Vine St., Shamokin, five days to six months with credit for time served and 12 months of probation for loitering and harassment.

• Jonathan M. Zachery, 30, 2104 Cummings St., 25 days to nine months with credit for time served and 50 hours of community service for simple assault.

• Christopher D. Williams, 34, Lycoming County Prison, three to 18 months and 24 months of probation for theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment of another person.

• David J. Fox, 51, 1124 Dunkard Church Road, Cogan Station, 34 days to six months with credit for time served and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Allante M. Wilson, 25, 28 Catherine Drive, 48 hours to six months, $525 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Justin M. Faust, 25, 861 Louisa St., 79 days with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and $1,000 in fines for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph D. Potrzebowski, 38, Lycoming County Prison, 33 days to 12 months with credit for time served and 12 months of probation for simple assault.

• Jeremy J. Null, 30, Mifflinburg, 30 to 60 days with credit for time served, 22 months of probation, $700 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

• William A. Smith III, 21, 1625 West Front St., South Williamsport, 72 hours to six months, $1,000 in fines, $619 and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Charles T. Holmberg, 58, 502 Lower Barbars Road, 72 hours to six months and $1,000 in fines for DUI.

• Joseph B. Bower, 23, Milton, 48 hours to six months, $1,000 in fines and 100 hours of community service for DUI.

Ten were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Gary L. Willow, 46, 506 Stahlnecker Road, Muncy, 30 days, $750 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Joseph Robinson, 50, 372 Cement Drive, Jersey Shore, six months and 50 hours of community service for possession of an instrument of crime.

• Keith E. Sherwood Jr., 28, 799 Cranmet Hill Road, Hughesville, 10 days, $500 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Leon Gaskins Jr., 57, 1300 Grove St. Apt 1, Five days, $1,550 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Tyler M. Lance, 30, 2886 South Reach Road, 90 days and $300 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Clayton R. Hutchings, 34, Lycoming County Prison, 240 days and $1,500 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Barry W. Middlesworth, 48, 434 Cherry Alley, Jersey Shore, 30 days and $500 in fines for DUI.

• Zachary J. Stiller, 23, 602 Glenwood Ave., five days, $375 fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Jackie J. Stine, 44, 136 West Water St., Muncy, 14 days, 36 months of probation, $1,000 in fines and 100 hours of community service for DUI and and endangering the wellfare of a child.

• Kelcie N. Rager, 24, Lewisburg, 30 days, 12 months of probation and $1,000 in fines for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eleven were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Nicole R. Vining, 38, Linden, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rebecca L. Dellanoce, 31, Lewisburg, six months, $300 in fines and 25 hours of community service for DUI.

• Tony E. Day, 53, New Columbia, six months, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Dylan C. Moerschbacher, 22, Bellefonte, six months and $500 in fines for fleeing an officer.

• Lasseana D. Cooley, 24, 621 Court St., 18 months for retail theft.

• Keith A. Bower, 60, 2158 Lincoln Drive, 12 months and $325 in fines for DUI and disorderly conduct.

• Rocky E. Brown, 45, Watsontown, 24 months, $500 in fines and 100 hours of community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Michael J. Erb, 29, Hillcrest Drive, 12 months, $600 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and disorderly conduct.

• Vera M. Baysore, 29, Lycoming County Prison, 24 months, $772 in restitution and 50 hours of community service for foodstamps.

• Albert Zeitler, 33, 208 West Edwin St., South Williamsport, six months and 35 hours of community service for selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.

• Chester P. Trostle, 60, 100 Lundy Lane, six months and $300 in fines for DUI.

One was sentenced to pay fines. He is:

• Jason S. Eckard, 32, 3421 Lycoming Creek Road, $500 for small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
