27 people sentenced in Lycoming County

Twenty-seven individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Six were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Damien S. Hartsfield, 31, Philadelphia, 15 to 36 months with credit for 253 days served for two charges of possession with intent to deliver.

• Jerimah H. Bey, 31, Philadelphia, 54 to 108 months for possession of firearm, escape and possession with intent to deliver.

• Gwen M. Williams, 43, Lycoming County Prison, 24 to 48 months for escape and retail theft.

• Jasce P. Newman, 34, 26 Washington Blvd., 15 to 30 months with credit for time served for 261 days for contraband.

• Sean D. Beam, 36, State Correctional Institution Coal Township, 30 to 60 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nadi Lamar Hatchett, 36, Philadelphia, 18 to 36 months with credit for 338 days served for possession with intent to deliver.

Eight were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Kevin L. Beatty, 59, 1745 Log Run Road, three days to six months, $1,300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI, public drunkeness and lamps required on a bicycle.

• Edward L. Klementovich, 49, 2850 Reach Road, five days to six months, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Will E. Vantrieste, 22, 332 Campbell St., 18 days to 12 months with credit for 18 days served and community service if medically available for theft.

• Melissa R. Spong, 29, 733 Diamond St., four to 24 months less one day and 75 hours of community service for aggravated assault.

• Kerry D. Young, 36, 1339 Pennsylvania Ave., 48 hours to six months, six months of probation, $500 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and possession of a controlled substance

• Jasahn Barnes, 27, Philadelphia, 54 to 109 days with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Heath Pfirman, 42, 814 W. Southern Ave., South Williamsport, eight to 24 less one day months, 12 months of probation, $150 in fines and 75 hours of community service for the sale or transfer of firearms and disorderly conduct.

• Michael J. Desciscio, 57, 105 N. Fifth St., 12 to 24 months with credit for 22 days served, 36 months of probation, $2,525 in fines and 100 hours of community service for DUI and violating hazard regulation.

Eleven were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Adam R. Worden, 39, 195 Whyne Road, Jersey Shore, three months, $1,500 in fines, $460 in restitution and 20 hours of community service for dissorderly conduct and bad checks.

• Momoudou M. Toure, 20, 1314 Market St., 12 months, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and small amount of marijuana.

• Robert Hoffman, 45, 806 Wilson St., 12 months and 50 hours of community service for simple assault.

• Justin Brennan, 33, 377 Old Route 220, Jersey Shore, 23 months and 50 hours of community service for 2 counts of retail theft.

• Adam K. Heim, 38, Sunbury, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kimberly Ann-Victoria McCray, 25, 1413 W. Fourth St., 12 months and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Summer S. McMahon, 19, 2461 Lycoming Creek Road, six months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jennifer Yost, 45, Shamokin, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for drug paraphernalia.

• Chad Sheleman, 32, Loganton, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Davette F. Mosier, 40, 2110 Cummings St., 12 months and 50 hours of community service for receiving stolen property.

• Jacob D. Kreamer, 30, 1084 Elm St., Montoursville, 12 months for receiving stolen property.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Traci L. McCarty, 28, 5272 Beaver Lake Road, Hughesville, 90 days and $1,500 in fines for DUI.

• Lannette K. Garms, 44, Linden, five years, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.
