19 people sentenced in Lycoming County

Nineteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Six were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Alex Bower, 26, Lycoming County Prison, 12 months less one day to 24 months less one day with credit for time served, 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of chemicals for meth.

• Leah N. Neidig, 22, 2418 Newberry St., 72 hours to six months, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Nichole L. Minor, 31, Latrobe, 101 to 202 days with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jorden J. Walters, 23, 1251 Aubrey Court, 60 days to 13 months and 25 hours of community service for small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jeffery A. McKissick, 51, 366 Eldred St., three to six months with credit for eight days served for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Pierre L. Hopson, 51, 806 Heburn St., three to 18 months with credit for 123 days served, 30 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for criminal use of a communications facility.

Eleven were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Anthony M. Snyder, 19, 170 Pinecrest Drive, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking.

• Devin T. Grassmyer, 515 Reynolds St., South Williamsport, six months, $200 in fines and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

• Jason Duncan, 31, 1024 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, six months and 25 hours of community service for simple assault.

• Steven M. Winchester, 23, Linden, 12 months for corruption of minors.

• Briana M. Neylon, 19, 89 Butters Road, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for criminal mischief.

• Kenyatta Shyeem Williams Jr., 20, 2801 Linn St., 24 months and 25 hours of community service for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Brandi K. Caputo, 35, 638 Market St., 24 months and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Craig A. Eisenhower, 30, Mill Hall, six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph E. Stutzman III, 44, 192 Wagner Road, six months, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Michael D. Church, 36, Groveland, Florida, six months for DUI.

• Amy M. Wool, 37, Cogan Station, 36 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and two charges of receiving stolen property.

One was sentenced to intermediate punishment. He is:

• Gregory J. Malekos, 41, Coudersport, 90 days and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

One was fined. He is:

• Steven Michael Ryder Jr., 29, Ralston, $100 for harassment.
