19 sentenced in Lycoming County Courthouse

Nineteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Eight were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Jade G. Babcock, 48, Lycoming County Prison, 19 to 38 days with credit for 38 days for disorderly conduct.

• Mark G. Prisk Jr., 31, Bellefonte, three to 12 months with credit for time served and 12 months of probation for possession with intent to deliver.

• Teresa L. Rhone, 55, 837 Funston Ave., 24 hours to 48 hours for receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

• Dwayne P. Rainey, 58, Lycoming County Prison, six to 24 months with credit for 25 days and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

• Julian L. Ruffin, 31, Lycoming County Prison, 200 to 417 days with credit for 417 days, 48 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for possession with intent to deliver.

• Robert J. Moyer, 20, Cogan Station, five to 12 months and 12 months of probation for indecent assault.

• Bilal A. Blackwell, 32, Lycoming County Prison, three to six months with credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance.

• Malik Washington, 18, 690 Third Ave., 45 to 90 days for possession of a controlled substance

One was sentenced to intermediate punishment. She is:

• Cassie E. Stewart, 37, Milton, 30 days and 100 hours of community service for DUI.

Nine were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Maleak Benjamin, 21, 1201 Franklin St., 24 months, $50 in fines and 50 hours of community service for simple assault and harassment.

• Brandy L. Ergott, 29, 600 Park Ave., 12 months and $300 in fines for theft of secondary metal.

• Averill L. Martin, 22, Penns Grove, New Jersey, six months and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Micahel W. Raup 31, Lycoming County Prison, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Amber M. Smith, 32, Cherry St., Montoursville, 12 months, $500 in fines and 25 hours of community service for defiant trespass.

• Tyler Turner, 23, Watsontown, 60 months and $500 in fines for firearms not to be carried without a license.

• William A. Wyatt, 29, PO Box 572, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Crystal R. Rook, 57, 1121 Market St., 24 months for burglary.

• Geri E. Winter, 33, Lycoming County Prison, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

One was sentenced to fines. He is:

• Paul A. Green, 19, Long Pond, $100 and $65 in restitution for criminal mischief.
