19 sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Nineteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Fourteen were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Herbert Brown, 62, Lycoming County Prison, three to six months with credit for time served for two charges of theft of a motor vehicle.

• Kenneth Williamson, 53, Lycoming County Prison, 21 days to six months with credit for time served for defiant trespassing.

• Julian Thovenot, 22, 1025 Harding Ave., Hughesville, 146 days to 24 months less one day with credit for time served and 50 hours of community service for possession of chemicals to manufacture meth.

• Jill K. Moyer, 47, 857 Park Ave., 33 days to 18 months, 18 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and retail theft.

• Anthony K. Shields, 27, 510 S. Market St., South Williamsport, 45 days to three months with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kelly N. Amberlavage, 25, Lycoming County Prison, 27 days to seven months with credit for 27 days served for simple assault.

• Jonathan W. King, 21, 2740 Dove St., 48 hours to six months with credit for time served, eight months of probation, $550 in fines and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and criminal trespassing.

• Chase S. Schenck, 22, 697 Lamont Dr., Cogan Station, six to 12 months, 72 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for child pornography.

• Matthew T. Bausinger, 33, 2935 Four Mile Drive, Montoursville, five days to six months, $325 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and disregarding traffic lane.

• Robert L. Schell Jr., 36, Linden, 72 hours to six months, $1,025 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and accidents involving damage.

• Sarah L. Grunden, 24, Halifax, four to nine months and $100 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking.

• Cassie E. Stewart, 37, Milton, 14 to 42 days, four and 1/2 years of probation and 100 hours of community service for DUI.

• Cody Harriman, 27, 99 Elk Lick Road, Muncy, five days to six months, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Nathan D. Crossley, 35, Gamble Township, 12 months less one day to 24 months less one day, 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service for simple assault and reckless endangerment of another person.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Matthew J. Cummings, 22, 1290 Windfield Drive, 90 days, $1,500 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Shane M. Fairfax, 31, 12 Terrace Lane, 90 days, $1,500 in fines and 190 hours of community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Darven R. Moore, 19, 810 Wildwood Blvd., 30 to 60 days, three years and 50 hours of community service for unlawful dissemination and corruption of minors.

• Jason T. Fern, 47, 1213 Memorial Ave., 18 months and $1,390 in restitution for theft by deception.

One person was ordered to pay fines. She is:

• Valerie R. Tallent, 32, Texas, $750 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
