16 people charged with various offenses in county

Sixteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records.

Those charged and the police departments involved were:

• Jerry Jennings, 30, of Philadelphia; city police; possession with intent to deliver 87 grams of crack cocaine and related offenses in the 600 block of Ames Place on Sunday; jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail.

• Jeffrey Brown, 38, of 528 Ruben Kerher Road, Muncy; state police; strangulation, simple assault and harassment following a disturbance in which he allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend at her home on Jerry Lane in Upper Fairfield Township on Sept. 7; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail; the victim, not identified in court papers, was treated at Muncy Valley Hospital for injuries suffered in the assault.

• Brian Lee Lomison, 54, of 130 Mill St., Trout Run; state police; terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting Colleen Donovan, same address, during an ongoing disturbance at their home on Sept. 5; he allegedly slammed her against a wall and told her if she ever left him again, she would “cut her up,” jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Lacey Hayes, 29, of 837 Memorial Ave.; Old Lycoming Township police; misdemeanor shoplifting and receiving stolen property for allegedly trying to flee the Dollar General, 2062 Lycoming Creek Road, with $10 worth of merchandise on Aug. 31; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Kenneth Emert, 87, of 651 Cemetery St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; theft of loss property and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking a wallet that Pamela Vail had accidentally dropped in the parking lot outside Smoker’s Express, 350 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, on Aug. 18 or Aug. 19; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Warren Eiswerth, 28, of 433 S. Main St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his apartment on July 30; released on $1,500 bail.

• Tyler Crossley, 33, of 1457 Memorial Ave.; Lycoming County detective; making unsworn falsification to law enforcement for allegedly putting down false information on an application at the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Department when he applied for a permit to carry a firearm on June 27; released on $5,000 bail.

• Robert Hoffman, 30, 114 Pine St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; felony shoplifting for allegedly stealing $43 worth of merchandise from the Weis Market on Allegheny Street in Jersey Shore on June 26; this was his third shoplifting arrest; released on $25,000 bail.

• Rashay Morton, 37, of 427 Louisa St.; Lycoming County detective; making unsworn falsification to law enforcement for allegedly putting down false information on an application at the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Department when Morton applied for a permit to carry a firearm on June 25; released on $5,000 bail.

• Steven Patton, 29, of 702 Route 15, South Williamsport; city police; possession of seven bags of heroin and released offenses in the 300 block of Memorial Avenue on June 15; released on $5,000 bail.

• Andrew MacGill, 19, of 1220 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Antes Fort Park in Nippenose Township on May 30; released on $1,500 bail.

• Brent Street, 19, of 338 High St.; state police; possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a prohibitive offensive weapon (a knife and metal knuckles) on Interstate 180 in the city on May 22; released on $2,500 bail.

• Gerald Sypek, 56, of 199 Marion St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; making unsworn falsification to authorities for allegedly putting down false information on an application when he attempted to purchase a firearm at Graham’s Sporting Goods, 220 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, on May 1; released on $1,500 bail.

• Donald Donato, 42, of 1414 E. Third St.; city police; possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Mulberry Street on April 3; released on $5,000 bail.

• Michael Troutman, 24, of 2340 Linn St., city police; misdemeanor shoplifting after he was caught allegedly trying to steal $69 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s, 251 William St, on Nov. 13, 2016; released on $5,000 bail.

• Alexander Stewart, 21, of 176 Harvest Moon Park, Linden; state police; theft from motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, underage drinking and harassment for allegedly stealing a 30-pack of beer from neighbor Kathleen Gair’s pickup truck while at the park on June 30, 2016; released on $2,500 bail.
