17 sentenced in Lycoming County

Seventeen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Five were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Kaliek McDonald, 21, Lycoming County Prison, eight to 24 months less one day with credit for 99 days served and 50 hours of community service for possession with intent to deliver.

• Timothy Maddox, 19, Lycoming County Prison, 11 months and 15 days to 24 months less one day with credit for 263 days and 50 hours of community service for burglary.

• Alissa R. Wines, 31, 207 Logan Lane, Hughesville, 72 hours to six months, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Dianne J. Willits, 44, 9557 Route 220, Hughesville, five days to six months with credit for 73 days served, 30 months of intermediate punishment, $300 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI and eluding law enforcement.

• Alex J. King, Jr., 59, 10958 Route 220, Hughesville, three to six months with credit for 75 days served, seven months of intermediate punishment, $1,800 in fines and 75 hours of community service for DUI.

Five were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Marquise J. Frederick, 24, 833 West Third St., 93 days of and 100 hours of community service for DUI.

• Heather M. Briggs, 39, 70 South Second St., Hughesville, 30 days, $750 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• James W. Mulligan, 45, Sunbury, 20 days and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Felicia M. Shoup, 33, 317 Eckmont Ave., 48 hours, $500 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Mark E. Tyson, 31, 42 West Houston Ave., Montgomery, 72 hours, $1,000 in fines and 50 hours of community service.

Six were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Jacob R. Berger, 26, 538 Grandview Place, South Williamsport, 24 months and 100 hours of community service for two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Denee E. Snyder, 5058 Route 220, Hughesville, 26, 18 months, $500 in fines and 100 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• Heather L. Nudd, 34, 1944 Beauty Ave., Cogan Station, 18 months and 30 hours of community service for corruption of minors.

• Kevin E. Rooker, 34, 1635 Route 442, Muncy, 12 months and 30 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

• Joseph J. Deangelo, 54, 1380 Whitman Ave., six months, $350 in fines and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Cheryl L. Roupp, 444 Santschi Road, Cogan Station, 60 months and 100 hours of community service for criminal use of a communications facility and obscene material.

One person was ordered to pay fines. She is:

• Dawn T. Johnson, 45, $200 for false reports.
